Terms of Service

By placing an order or using the MERCANNE website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may change without notice, but orders already confirmed will be honoured at the price shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded in such cases.

2. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and bank transfer. COD orders require payment in full upon delivery. Failed payment attempts will result in order cancellation after 48 hours.

3. Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan via TCS, Leopards, and M&P. Delivery times are 3–7 working days for standard and 1–2 days for express. MERCANNE is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product designs — is the property of MERCANNE and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Islamabad, Punjab.
